The room was surprisingly well-equipped for the price, with everything a family needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The location was also a key advantage, as it was located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a tranquil atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. Additionally, the lack of proper lighting in the surrounding area made it feel a bit unsafe, especially during the evening.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were very good too assist us, especially when my father fell ill. They took excellent care of him and kept us updated on his condition. The location of the hotel was perfect - nice and quiet. The accommodation was great and the heating worked really well, keeping us warm during the cold November weather. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all great.
